I support codifying Roe v. Wade in federal law to allow women in every state the same fundamental rights and freedoms to make their own personal decisions when to start a family or have children – and for those struggling with the difficult decisions to end a pregnancy, the freedom to make these highly personal and often painful decisions in private.

I fully support a woman’s right to access a full range of contraception options, including FDA approved medications such as mifepristone.

And, I fully support the right of women and families to assess in vitro (IVF) fertility treatments regardless of which state they live.

While Michigan overwhelmingly passed protecting women’s rights our State Constitution, I will staunchly opposed a federal reproductive restrictions like those detailed in Project 2025.
